Shipping policy

At Nebula Coffee, we want every order to reach you fresh, fast, and reliable. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship your coffee, so you know exactly what to expect.

Fresh Roasted to Order

• All orders are roasted and packaged after they are placed. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

• While we work hard to stay on schedule, processing times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

• Up to 12 oz → USPS First Class

• 2–8 bags → USPS Priority Mail

• 9+ bags → UPS Ground

• Transit times are generally 1–5 business days, depending on location.

• Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is usually 4–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as transit times are controlled by carriers.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided when your order ships.

• Orders may display as “pre-shipment” while they are being roasted, packaged, or waiting for a label scan by the carrier.

International Orders

• We ship internationally where available.

• Delivery times vary by destination and customs delays are common.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

• International orders are final sale and not refundable for shipping or customs issues.

Order Changes

• Changes or cancellations can only be made before roasting begins.

• Once an order is roasted or shipped, it cannot be modified.

Delays

• Shipping times may be longer during high-volume periods (holidays, weather events, carrier disruptions).

• Nebula Coffee is not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has been shipped.

Limitation of Liability

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.

• Nebula Coffee’s responsibility is limited to providing tracking information and ensuring the package leaves our facility in good condition.

• In the rare event of a shipping issue, resolutions (replacement or refund) are handled at our discretion.
