Nebula Coffee Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nebula Coffee website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
1. General
• Nebula Coffee operates as an online retailer of fresh, small-batch coffee.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the most current Terms.
2. Orders & Payment
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier. Nebula Coffee is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments after transfer to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Coffee is a perishable product. For this reason, all sales are final except as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Customer order errors (wrong item, grind, or size) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
• In the event of an error on our part, we will replace the affected item at no cost to you, provided you notify us within the stated time frame.
5. International Orders
• International shipping is available to select countries.
• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
• Nebula Coffee is not responsible for customs delays, restrictions, or the refusal of shipments by foreign customs authorities.
• All international orders are final sale.
6. Product Quality & Freshness
• We roast and package orders with care to ensure peak freshness.
• Because coffee is a natural product, some variations in taste, aroma, or appearance may occur. Such variations are not grounds for return or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
• Nebula Coffee’s liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited strictly to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
• Nebula Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from your use of our products or services.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders may be changed or canceled only before roasting begins. Once roasting or shipping has started, no changes or cancellations are possible.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our incorporated Shipping and Refund & Return Policies
