Nebula Coffee Refund & Return Policy

At Nebula Coffee, your satisfaction matters to us. While we strive to deliver the very best experience, coffee is a perishable product and certain limitations apply. Please review the policy below:

Customer Order Errors

• If an order is placed incorrectly (wrong item, grind, or size), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

• A new order may be placed to receive the correct product.

Our Fulfillment Errors

• In the rare event that we ship the wrong item or grind, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will replace the product at no cost to you, including shipping for the corrected order.

Shipping Issues (Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages)

• Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage lies with the carrier.

• If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

• We may ask you to file a claim with the carrier and provide photos or documentation.

• At our discretion, we may offer a replacement. In such cases:

• Nebula Coffee will cover the cost of the product.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacements.

No Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Requesting Assistance

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and description of the issue.

• Photos or supporting evidence may be required to process a replacement or resolution.

• We will review your request promptly and work toward a fair solution.
